Post-Graduate Plans My postgrad plan is to work in the sneaker industry. To do this, I will intern with Adidas next summer, and go to grad school. I will major in mechanical engineering, and gain more experience by working at the school's biomechanics lab. After this, I will apply for positions with sneaker brands, and hopefully start a great career in the field.
Biosketch My name is Isaac John. I am a mechanical engineering student at the University of Houston, graduating May 2021. I am minoring in kinesiology, and am very interested in biomechanics, and its applications to athlete performance and the sneaker industry. I am a research assistant at UH's Department of Health and Human Performance. I have worked on numerous projects, and am excited to start Phase II of my REU.
