Biosketch Abigail Clement is a rising senior at the University of Kansas studying chemical engineering and Spanish. After she graduates, she plans to attend graduate school to continue her studies of drug delivery and biomaterials. At KU, she works with a graduate student mentor to study the effects of mechanical properties on diffusion in hydrogels. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys playing cello, cooking, and studying Spanish and French.
